Corrupted world
In this world where we live
time has changed and people no longer give
there's mistakes that people no longer forgive
and a person's ego turned from big to massive
Instead of success people started to fail
slowly their faces started to go pale
and the corruption ship began to sail
now instead of carbon dioxide they've got smoke to Exhale
To find comfort people no longer read
they do drugs and smoke weed
people look like they've been emptied
but in reality they are just filled with greed
They no longer have hearts from gold
all those good qualities they no longer hold
oh their hearts have turned so cold
And for alcohol their souls were sold
When the humanity ship begins to sink
and people's blood get spilled like Ink
we will start to finally think
that between corruption and loss there's a link
When did it go wrong?
people's faith is no longer strong
rehab centers are not where they belong
when will we ever go back to getting along?
