Someone to wipe the tears when she cried,

The minute it got a little too dark outside,
But she went looking in all the wrong places,
She was lost in a sea of untrustworthy faces,
She did not find love or any of its traces,
And she almost befriended a few nutcases,
Then one day the right one came along,
Someone whose love was pure and strong,
Someone she had been wanting for so long,
It was like something out of a folk song,
She found the one she would forever adore,
Someone she would treasure and care for,
A love that would make her heart soar,
An affection that would last Forevermore.
